SPECIAL MEETING VIRTUAL MINUTES
Miami Township Board of Trustees
June 26, 2020. 1:00 pm
The special virtual meeting was called at 1:00 pm by Chair Mucher. Trustee Hollister was also present.
The purpose of the meeting was to formally sign an Option to Purchase Agreement between Miami Township and the Yellow Springs Development Corporation. This agreement had been previously proposed, negotiated and agreed upon, in principle, by the full Board of Trustees.
Mr Hollister moved to accept and sign the agreement. Mr Mucher seconded the motion. There was no further discussion regarding the motion. The vote was called and the motion passed.
There being no further business to come before the Board, Chairperson Mucher declared the meeting adjourned. Time; 1:10 pm.
