Miami Public Notice of Hearing for Zoning Text Amendment April 21, 2025, 7pm
The Miami Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on April 21, 2025, at 5 pm on a text amendment to the Miami Township Zoning Resolution. Text amendment {25-02-T} would allow for the reformatting of the entire zoning resolution. The new format will not change any regulations, but will move text around in order to create a resolution that is easier to understand for officials and the public. Interested persons may express their thoughts at the hearing or by submitting written testimony to the board trustees@maimitownship.net. Copies of the amendment may also be requested at the above email address. The hearing is open to the public and will take place at the Township building, 101 E. Herman Street, Yellow Springs.
BZA Hearing April 16, 2025, 7 pm
The Board of Zoning Appeals will hear two cases on April 16th. The first case is permission for Temporary Use to conduct a limited run of comedy shows in the summer of 2025. The second is Agritourism Permit at Agraria Center for Regenerative Practice. Details for both found on the link below.
